Kenneth G. Reabe

Kenneth G. Reabe, 84, of New Alexandria, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015. He was the beloved husband of 27 years to Elizabeth L.; loving father of Kenneth Jr. (Cheryl), Frank (Maryann), Kevin (Marcia), Keith (Barbara) and Brian (Patricia); stepfather of Clifford Faulk and Keith (Tawnya); grandfather of Adam, Samantha, Michele, Dan, Kelly, Andrew, Melissa and Jessica; step-grandfather of Jonah, Elias, Daniel, Hannah, Sarah and Jeremiah; and brother of Charles W. Reabe and the late Frank and James. Kenneth is also survived by his first wife, Virginia L. Reabe. Kenneth was employed by Koppers Co. as a research chemist for more than 35 years. He was also an avid golfer, former Cub Scout leader, baseball coach and active in the Community United Presbyterian Church of New Alexandria. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday only at the BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Community United Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Kathy Shirey officiating.
