Ronald James Yantos

Ronald James Yantos, 68, died unexpectedly at his home in New Alexandria, Saturday, Dec. 30, 2017. He was born Sept. 20, 1949, in Latrobe, to the late Frank F. and Elizabeth (Cimbalos) Yantos. Ron was a graduate of Greensburg Central High School and was a retired member of Sheet Metal Workers Local No. 12. He is survived by his wife, Sandi (Slezak) Yantos; daughter, Rachel Yantos, of New Alexandria; and his granddaughter and best friend, Rebecca Huss. Viewing for the Yantos family will be held privately. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. James Parish, New Alexandria, with Monsignor Lawrence Kulick officiating.
