Mark A. "Sparky" Reidell

Mark A. "Sparky" Reidell, 54, passed away Thursday, Nov. 29, 2018, with his loving family at his side, at his home in Avonmore. The Reidell family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Heartland Hospice for their sincere and compassionate care. Mark was born Feb. 20, 1964, in Wilkinsburg, son of the late Robert and Phyllis (Repasky) Reidell. In addition to his parents, Mark was predeceased by a brother, Edward "Eddie" Reidell; a sister, Vickie Schught; and his father-in-law, Charles Lauffer. Mark will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 22 years, Cindy (Lauffer) Reidell; two daughters, Sarah and Savannah; mother-in-law, Joann Lauffer, of Derry; sister-in-law, Cheryl A. Hayden (Leonard), of Derry; brother-in-law, Dave Schught, of York, Pa.; nieces, Christine, Desirae, Marlana and Nicole; and an aunt, Dorothy Vito, of Verona. Mark will also be missed by his canine companion, Autumn. Mark had many interests, especially fishing, watching football, hockey and especially having many fun-filled outings at Idlewild Park, in Ligonier.
Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont, 724-468-8381, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Jerry Wages, of Murrysville Alliance Church, presiding. Interment services will follow at Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.
