Maureen, Megan, and Matthew... my thoughts and prayers are with you, as your family is always on my mind. I am terribly sorry to hear of the loss of Ed.... he was such as awesome part of so many of my childhood memories with your family. I love you all, and I know his first action in Heaven was to wrap Sarah in his arms. Please know that you are loved by SO many.

My heartfelt deepest sympathy to the family. Ed wasn't only a co-worker, but a true friend. He touched many lives while working at the Butler VA & all who were fortunate to know him are also quite saddened. When word got around on Friday all were shocked, sad & upset. Every single person had only great thoughts about Ed. He wasn't only a great worker mentor but became a friend to all at the VA. He was always ready to lend a hand for anything. But beyond that, all of us knew how much he loved his family & how deepely proud he was of all of you. His wife, children & mom were his complete life. Ed was always telling us how proud he was was! We lost a great friend but heaven got another angel.

So Maureen,Matt, Meghann & Jarrod- when you up up in the night sky & see a really bright star, know that Ed re-wired that star to shine down on those he loves.

It is with my deepest sadness that I can't come to the service to offer my condolences in person. But a recent accident & weather prohibits it. Please know that my prayers are with you.

Dear Wygonik family,
We are so very sorry for your loss. I had the wonderful privilege of living with Meghann and I was lucky to get to know Ed as one of our "house dads". I have wonderful memories of him lighting up whenever he was around Meghann. I could always tell how deeply they cared for each other. I always appreciated his hospitality and his love for Meghann's friends. Words cannot express my sympathy, but I wanted to share my memories and say how he has touched my life. Please know that you have a community of prayers and support. Love, Sam and Tyler Kennedy

We couldn't have asked for a nicer more giving neighbor. Ed was one of the first people to say hello when we moved in. He was always there lending a hand and plowing our driveway in the Winter. We will always remember his bright smile and cheery laugh. You are always in our hearts Ed. Never forgotten and always loved.
