DOROTHY GRACE WITTIG RAUSO

Age 88, of Pittsburgh, passed away on July 13, 2018 in Lakeland, FL. Wife of the late Joseph Peter Rauso for 66 years. Dorothy was born in Pittsburgh, PA on August 26, 1929. She worked as a homemaker to her loving husband and ten children. Dorothy was also preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and Jack Wittig; daughter, Barbara; brothers, Ralph (Bud) and Bernie Wittig; and sisters, Delores Wittig, Mildred Staub, Rita Lamanna, Catherine (Cass) Kickler; Dorothy is survived by her children, Joseph Rauso, Jr. (Diane), Agnes Palmer, Daniel Rauso (Sandy), Michael Rauso (Abi), Peter Rauso (Virginia), Laney Bacon (Mark), Darlene Sullivan (Thomas), Jeannie Ekdahl (George), Brian Rauso (Michelle); 25 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 3, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Verona, PA. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Verona, PA 15147.
