One of the takeaway messages of the life of Uncle Tom is that he focused on the important things:
living
giving
good times
singing
sharing
and of course
laughter
He was never one to be trapped by cleaning, unloading the dishwasher, or even paying taxes on time!
He looks down on us all and encourages us to live fully in the moment and enrich others.
Rest in Peace Wise Uncle Tom

We will miss our good friend TJ. We had many good times together. I was always amazed how quickly he made friends. He was a warm friendly individual who touched everyone he met in different ways. No one ever forgot meeting him. I remember our trip to the west coast. We went to San Francisco and ran into his office mate on the street. We traveled to Las Vegas and ran into a relative from Delmont. While playing Cards in the casino he struck up a conversation with the person sitting next to him who turned out to be the bank branch manager in his home town. He never met a stranger no matter where he went.
He traveled to my home town in RI with me. He came to our wedding in Grand Rapids, MI. We shared many Holiday weekends at Bernie Hudak’s farm in East Freedom, PA. He also shared his birthday with my wife Susan.
I feel blessed to have had him as a friend and roommate. I know we will all meet again and I look forward to that. Rest in peace dear friend.
