Patricia L. (King) Swanger

Patricia L. (King) Swanger, 60, passed away peacefully at her home in Export, Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, with her loving family at her side. She was born June 22, 1957, in Casablanca, Morocco, Africa, daughter of the late Clarence and Eleanor (Miller) King. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a husband, John W. Swanger Sr.; a sister, Sharon Sedlecek; and a niece, Sara King. Patricia is survived by a son, John W. Swanger Jr., Eleanor Swanger and Rita Swanger; a nephew, Paul King II; and nieces, Nicole King, Katie Baker and Darla Baker; and great-nephews, Tyler Cleaver and Cole King. She will also be dearly missed by the Furry Swangers. Patricia was known to be a mother to many. She was always full of life and a wonderful story teller.
Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont, 724-468-8381, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Beth Hans presiding.
