Edna L. (Poole) Gump

Edna L. (Poole) Gump, 99, originally of Murrysville, passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, at Nature Park Commons Senior Living. She was born Aug. 5, 1917. In addition to her parents, Edna was predeceased by her husband, Carl M.; her brother, Arnie Poole; and sisters, Geraldine Poole and Agnes Witschey. Edna is survived by two daughters, Norma Gump, of Greensburg, and Patricia Christy, of Delmont; and a sister, Ruth Stine, of New Martinsville, W.Va. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at the BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont, 724-468-8381, where a service will take place at noon Thursday.
